Art. 1 –  The author, identified below, of the photographic material contained in this CD or DVD annexed and with proof printed below, grants copyright permission to A.C.Cambuy Editora Importação e Exportação for the reproduction of the photographs contained in his DVDs: Touristic Images of Brazil in high resolution” , with the sole purpose to divulge the touristic cities in it exposed.

 Art. 2 – The author also agrees that the images contained in the DVD production of the publisher can be put for sale as long as the restrictions concerning exibition, reproduction, and sale of photos containing human images in first plan, are respected.

 § 1º  The photographs, when used by third parties, must contain the name of its author in readable writing  in each exemplar:

I – The title of the work including the author´s name (in explainable mini-legendas) 

II – Name, pseudonym  or registered mark that identifies him.

Art. 3 – Even though these photos can be published, the author does not grant exclusive rights to the editing company  or to the journalistic companies that may publish the photos.

I – Exclusive rights authorization will depend on the direct contacts made with the author and can be negociated together with other archives containing similar imagines belonging to the author.

II – This concession of the “Author´s Copyright” concerning the works published at present , will be covered utmost by a period of five (5) years expiring on June 1, 2012, and is granted only to Journalistic Companies.

 Art. 4 – The publication of the photographs can not be interrupted temporarily or definately within the period stated above, nor can their use be denied in the work not even if substituted by a third party, safeguarding the rights that were adquired with the part that was already executed.

  Art. 5 –  If a work , in consequence of the expiration of the time limit of the protection rights previously recognized to it by § 2º, art. 42 of act nº. 5.988 of  December 14, 1973, falls into public domain, it will not have the protection period of its patrimonial rights extended by the power imposed in art. 41 of this act.
